Your first intro session combines conversation and movement assessment so we can understand your goals, training history, mobility, strength, and how your body moves. -

Motus trains out of a private, appointment-only gym in San Francisco. The space is designed for focused training, with room to move and a respectful environment where people can actually settle in and do the work.

No. Everyone starts with two intro sessions. There's no pressure to purchase anything further.

That's what the two-session intro is for. It's a chance to experience the training style, talk through your goals, and see how it feels before committing to a package.

No. Training is built to meet you exactly where you are, whether that's day one or year twenty.

No. You might come in with a specific goal, or you might just know that you want to feel stronger, move better, or get back into a routine. Part of our job is helping you figure out where to start.

Once you're medically cleared to exercise, training can be adapted to where you are now. If you're also working with a physical therapist or healthcare provider, your training can complement that process and help you transition back into building strength and confidence.

Many clients are already running, cycling, or playing sports. Training adds structured strength work and cross-training to support the activities they already do.

That depends on your goals, schedule, and what you're already doing. Some clients train once a week and supplement with independent workouts, while others train more frequently. We'll talk through what makes sense for you during your intro sessions.

Absolutely. You can have different fitness levels, experience, or goals and still train together. Sessions are adapted to each person so everyone gets the challenge they need.
